HOMEOPATHIC VETERINARY MEDICINE
A Multi-purpose Uterine remedy for Cow & Buffalo
INDICATION:
To facilitate easy parturition.
As a hormone regulator.
As an anti-abortive remedy.
To facilitate timely placental expulsion.
To improve metritis and pyometra conditions.
Uterogen is available in a 105 ml bottle pack and a 5 ml measuring cap is given for dosage. This way it contains 21 doses. It is almost a complete course, but due to some reason, if there is incomplete recovery a second or third course may be given very safely without any complications, side effects, or contraindications.
IN CASE OF ABORTION:
If there is any threat of abortion to the pregnant animal, 4-5 doses may be given in a day until complete recovery. This way the risk of abortion can be nullified. In advanced or acute cases, the dose may be given at a half-hourly interval. If there is a history of previous abortion, Uterogen is to be given a month before the exact trimester of the last abortion in the morning and evening for 10 days. The risk is minimized in this way.
TO EXPEL PLACENTA:
After parturition, Uterogen is to be given at an. hourly interval for 4-5 hours. The Placenta expels itself by detaching from the maternal cotyledons. To expel discharges from the uterus after the parturition, Uterogen is suggested three times a day. The discharges will flow out of the uterus leaving behind a healthy uterus adding the benefits of a good milk flow capacity.
IN METRITIS AND PYOMETRA:
In such serious conditions, the dose is to be given 4 times in a day for the first two days, then 3 times in a day till the condition is normalized.
FOR EASY PARTURITION:
10-15 days before the expected date of delivery Uterogen has to be given in the morning and evening, daily. By doing so the delivery will be stressed less and safe. The added advantage is that, even when there is no one around to help the animal with parturition, this Uterogen minimizes the risk and facilitates easy and riskless delivery of the calf. If the animal has a history of suffering from dystocia in the previous conceptions, Uterogen is very helpful in reducing the chances of dystocia in the present parturition.
AS HORMONE REGULATOR:
Uterogen is a non-hormonal formulation that regulates pregnancy. Uterogen regulates & balances the levels of hormones to make the pregnancy safe. Nearing the delivery date, it initiates and completes the process of parturition safely, and later regulates the milking hormones, to regularise the milk yield. Uterogen facilitates the complicated processes as a non-hormonal catalyst. Thus the hormones are released one after another automatically.
It is a well-known fact that the pre and postpartum period is the most crucial period both for the animal and the calf in its womb. This period decides the life of the animal and the income of the owner. In this crucial time period, complete care and safety is needed in every possible way. In some animals, there could be a problem of threatened abortions. In others, problems of Dystocia and post-partum issues like retention of the placenta are common. Animals may suffer from metritis or pyometra. It is the responsibility of every breeder and Veterinary doctor to minimize the severity of these conditions. UTEROGEN – A HOMEOPATHIC VETERINARY MEDICINE can help out with all the above-mentioned conditions.
Why UTEROGEN only?
“UTERINE REMEDY” UTEROGEN regulates the process of pregnancy till delivery, therefore the risk of abortion is minimized. Other conditions for which this remedy can be used are:

Method 2
Spread 5 ml of medicine on a piece of roti or bread and offer it to the animal to eat so that medicine is consumed along with food.
Method 3
Fill an empty 5 mL syringe (without needle) with the medicine and distilled water and directly spray on the tongue of the animal or into the nostrils gently. Confirm that the medicine is licked by the animal.
The phenomenon behind the working of Uterogen :
Success of pregnancy facilitated by easy parturition depends on the hormonal balance and their regular release. During pregnancy, hormones work on the principle of check and release phenomenon. It is important that this phenomenon or process is maintained so that all the necessary hormones are activated at the right time. So the entire period between conception and delivery is physiologically balanced by the hormones. The possibility of any type of complication or inconvenience during parturition (delivery) should be minimum and the tonicity of the uterus should be maintained. Uterogen is a non-hormonal formulation which regulates the hormones concerned with pregnancy. Uterogen regulates and balances the Progesterone levels to make the pregnancy safe. Nearing the delivery, it excites the complete process of parturition by reducing the Progesterone levels and increasing the Oxytocin levels with help of Pituitary gland which stimulates and produces Oxytocin hormone. Oxytocin with the help of Gonadotropic hormone completes the process of parturition and later stimulates the prolactin hormone so that there is normal milk yield. Uterogen mediates this complicated process as a non-hormonal indicator and catalyst. In this way all the hormones are released one after another as per the cycle automatically.
